With Certificates of Entitlement now back to a reasonable level, the Singaporean new car market continues its readjustment, up another 120% year-on-year in October to 6.105 registrations, lifting the year-to-date total to 45.038 units, up 97% on 2014. Toyota is master in command with sales up 197% to 21.7% share including Lexus, but Honda is catching up, gaining a stunning 367% to 1.106 units and 18.1% share. Mazda (+161%) and Nissan (+409%) follow, ahead of Mercedes (-9%), Volkswagen (+7%), BMW (+23%) and Hyundai (+138%). Subaru (+238%), Mitsubishi (+526%) and Ford (+208%) also post particularly spectacular gains.
