The Peugeot 208 is the best-selling vehicle in Denmark for the third month running.

The annual gains seem never-ending in Denmark: September sales are up a whopping 24% to a record 17.841 registrations, lifting the year-to-date total to an all-time high 155.221 units, up 9% on 2014. Volkswagen reclaims the brands top spot it holds year-to-date off Peugeot at 1.953 sales and 10.9% vs. 1.704 and 9.6%, Skoda is up two spots on August to #3, distancing Toyota, Citroen and Ford. The Peugeot 208 posts a third consecutive month in pole position but its advantage over the VW Up has thawed to just 10 units in September at 702 sales vs. 692. The VW Up retains the year-to-date top spot however. The Toyota Aygo is back up 10 ranks on August to #3, the Opel Karl shines again at #6, the Skoda Fabia is up 4 spots to #8, the Octavia up 6 to #9 and the Citigo up 7 to #10. Finally, notice the arrival of the Toyota Mirai at #200 with the first Danish unit sold this month.
