For only the second time ever on BestSellingCarsBlog and thanks to Central European market data specialists I can share with you the Top 10 most popular models in Moldova. Over the Full Year 2012, 3,972 new light vehicles found a buyer in the country and like in 2011 the Dacia Logan dominates the ranking by far in spite of sales down 25% to 521 units and 13.1%. The Chevrolet Aveo retains its 2nd spot thanks to 297 sales and 7.5%, up a very healthy 19% year-on-year, while the Skoda Octavia is up one spot to round up the podium at 180 units and 4.5%.
The Skoda Superb brilliantly ranks 4th with 131 sales and 3.3%, down 18%, followed by the Dacia Duster up 6% and 3 ranks to #5 at 129 units and 3.2%, the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado and Nissan Qashqai. We welcome the Skoda Yeti (#8) and Kia Sportage (#10) in the Top 10 this year.
